If the final total amount of an order is less than the amount paid, the customer is entitled to a refund. Sands Mill will initiate the refund process within 2 working days, and customers will typically receive their refunds from the Payment Gateway provider within 10 to 14 working days, depending on their mode of payment.

For orders placed through cash on delivery transactions, the customer has the option to receive the refund in the Sands Mill Wallet.
